Brian Meade - Chairman of the Board
Brian comes to the Board of Directors from the CCM group One Name. He is also President of Nashville Christian Concert Promotions, Odyssey Nashville, and One Name Ministry. Along with his ministries, he holds a position in upper management with Lincoln Holdings in Cleveland , Ohio. Lincoln is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, robotic arc-welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln has 33 manufacturing locations, including operations, manufacturing alliances and joint ventures in 19 countries and a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices covering more than 160 countries. With the combination of artistry and business experience, the association will be directed with the understanding of artists' needs and sound financial decision making.
Brenda Delgado - Vice President Christian Radio Networking
Brenda is the Marketing Consultant for The FISH 94.1/94.3 Christian radio in Nashville, TN. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Christian Artist Association Board of Directors. Artists in the association have the opportunity to consult with Brenda on how to get their music and ministry exposed to the listening audience of Christian radio.With her innovative approach and creativity, Brenda offers her advice to advance the development of the association’s artists.
Joyce Revoir - Vice President Marketing and Graphic Design
Joyce Revoir developed her marketing skills with five years of experience as art director for Christian Music’s largest label, Sparrow Records/EMI Christian Music Group (EMI/CMG). Revoir designed packaging and directed promotions and marketing efforts for more than 90 releases a year including Wes King, Switchfoot, Bob Carlyle, Carman and Grammy® winning artists CeCe Winans and Steven Curtis Chapman. Her various packaging design received nominations for Dove awards (Gospel Music Association (GMA) Honors) and she held voting membership for NARAS Grammy® Awards and membership in the GMA.
The studio of Joyce Revoir Illustration and Design opened in Nashville in 1997 and relocated to Denver in 1998. Revoir has provided expert design services for clients including Fox Music Publishing, Sparrow Records, LifeWay Christian Resources, Howard Publishing, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Wayne Farms, LLC, Foodies™ and a collection of musical artists and ministries such as FFH, World Vision, MOPS, Calvary Chapel and Grace Blvd. Records.
From 1993-1994, Revoir worked as a marketing design specialist for The Tennessean, a Gannet newspaper in Nashville, TN. She designed and illustrated special revenue sections including “The Reader’s Choice Awards” and illustrated for the Newspaper's In Education (NIE) program. While living in Nashville, Revoir served as president of Creative Forum, the local creative group for professional illustrators, photographers and designers.
Revoir’s marketing experience began in 1989 with The Konig Group in Panama City, Florida. Konig received over 20 local Addy awards while in Florida for clients including Port Panama City and two regional hospitals.
In 1987, Revoir received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
In 2003, Revoir relocated from Highlands Ranch, CO to Newnan, GA (south of Atlanta), where she lives with her husband and two children. Revoir is a member of The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and the Publishers Association of the South. She enjoys speaking and reading to young "artists," and inspiring others to be celebrate art.

Allen Clark - Vice President Artist Photography and Video Production
Allen, pictured at the right of Grammy Award winning Norah Jones during a photo shoot at Thunder Image Nashville, is President of Thunder Image Group and has has an extensive background in Christian music. Allen was a finalist for a Dove Award for best CD package design and photography. Allen brings his creativity and fun attitude to the Board of Directors. With spiked hair, a transparent cylinder of toothpicks and a Hasselblad, he'll walk into any situation ready to wrestle with this light or that, thought process and or film process.
Mike Ross - Vice President Pro Audio and Recording
Mike comes to the board from Sweetwater Sound, where he is the Director of Marketing. Sweetwater Sound is one of the United States' largest dealers in musical equipment for musicians, recording studios, concert sound companies and broadcasters. Sweetwater sells microphones, mixers, loudspeakers, digital recording systems, digital signal processors, electric guitars, electronic keyboards and electronic drums. They also have a state of the art recording studio on the same campus.
